Credit Control Solutions
Short term Credit Control Solutions (maternity leave)
Last November, Sarah P., Credit Manager at Imaging Data found out that her French speaking Credit Controller, Virginie F., was going to have a baby and be on maternity leave for a period of at least 6 and possibly 12 months. After spending a lot of time trying to find a well-qualified French speaking Credit Controller on a short-term basis, and interviewing unconvincing candidates, she approaches Credit Limits International.
Virginie F. direct telephone line and email box were diverted to Valeria, one of our French Speaking Credit Controller, in a way that both incoming and outgoing calls and emails could be made from a phone number and email address generated by the client and hosted by Credit Control Solutions. Valeria was granted access to the client online platform so she could have access to the live sales ledger, follow up the dispatch of the monthly statement of accounts and subsequent reminders with phone calls, in the client’s name, supply copy invoices where necessary, inform Sarah P. of any queries to be addressed, and deliver the query resolution in French to Imaging Data’s customers.
At 60 days past the due date, overdue accounts were exported to Credit Limits International Debt Collection system, Nexum, and after one International Letter before Action in French, instructions were forwarded to TCM France to start the debt recovery procedure locally.
After 10 months, Virginie F., proud mother of a little Louis, returned to work to find that the DSO for the French ledger had reduced to 73 from 81 (on 60 days credit terms) and this Credit Control Solutions contract came to an end.
Today Imaging Data remains a client of Credit Limits International for Debt Recovery Services across the world.
